Former Argentina midfielder, Diego Armando Maradona has died at the age of 60.
According to reports, the legendary footballer died following a cardiac arrest.
It was gathered that earlier in November, Diego Maradona had a successful surgery on a brain blood clot and was to be treated for alcohol dependency.
However, he passed away yesterday after a severe cardiac arrest.
Maradona was captain when Argentina won the 1986 World Cup, producing a series of sublime individual performances.
During his club career, he played for Barcelona and Napoli, winning two Serie A titles with the Italian side.
