On Monday, October 12, a man identified as Chief Adeleke Olubajo was allegedly beaten mercilessly by officials of the Ogun State Parking Management (OGSPAM).
According to reports, the man parked his vehicle along Isale-Igbein in Abeokuta while waiting for someone to get him something by the roadside.
However, while waiting for the person to show up, the man was confronted by the officials who accused him of parking wrongly.
Sadly, this led to an altercation and the man was allegedly beaten mercilessly by the officials.
The victim who drove himself to the area in white native attire was seen on the floor with a singlet and a short.
Seeing that the man is unconscious, the officials fled the scene, leaving their patrol vehicle behind to avoid being lynched by the crowd which gathered.
After being contacted, Policemen from Ibara police station arrived at the scene and took the unconscious man to safety.
