Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has lamented on the current situation of Nigeria, as the country celebrates her 60th Independence Day, today October 1st.

Taking to his official twitter page, Yu Edochie called for a total fix of the economic situation of the country as he believes nothing is worth celebrating about Independence Day.

In his word;

”I cannot wish anyone a happy independence when my people are not happy.

 “What are we celebrating? Fuel price increase? Electricity tariff hike? Hardship? Bad roads? Killings everywhere? Jobless youths turned beggars?

“The list is endless. Speak the truth. Nigerians are suffering.”
