How To register
Impute your account number and click continue
Choose a username and click continue
Customer will receive an OTP on registered mobile phone with the Bank
Impute the OTP, choose login password and click “Enrol”
UnionOnline profile will be created with view only right
Note: If you don’t want to register online, Visit any UBN branch nearest to you and request for UnionOnline.
When the completed enrolment form is processed, an automated message containing your initial/default login password (without the username which is known to you already) is sent to your registered mobile number.

Visit the Bank’s website and click on Online Banking login at the top right corner of your screen to gain access to the page. Impute your username and password to login to your profile

Go to Settings
Click on Change Password
Enter your Old Password
Confirm New Password
Enter the Token sent to your phone
What To Do If You Forget Your password
Visit the UnionOnline page.
Click on forgot password
Enter Your username, account number and security word
Click on submit.
